Sr. Patient Care Coordinator
Karina grew up and continues to reside in Santa Paula.
Her personal experience with hearing loss inspired her to work within hearing care. She has several family members with a hearing loss and has witnessed how an untreated hearing loss can affect one’s quality of life.
As our office manager, Karina’s main responsibilities include answering the phones and helping patients with any problems or concerns. She loves the special connections she gets to build with patients as well as the relationships she’s formed with the Nelson Audiology team.
When she’s not working, Karina enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also an avid amusement park visitor.
