Isabella Hanson
Patient Care Coordinator
Isabella has lived in Ventura since she was three years old. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business from California State University Channel Islands. Isabella is also a certified hearing aid technology specialist.
Working within hearing care appealed to Isabella because of its impact on everyday life. Clear hearing and communication shape how people connect, and she believes that’s really important. Since entering the field, she has come to appreciate how meaningful it is to help patients feel more confident and engaged in their daily lives.
As a patient care coordinator at Nelson Audiology, Isabella helps keep the office running smoothly. She manages scheduling, coordinates referrals, and verifies insurance to make sure patients have a seamless experience. Isabella also assists patients with hearing aid support, such as basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and helping with device connections.
Isabella loves being part of a team that helps improve patients’ quality of life. She is often one of the first points of contact, and she enjoys creating a welcoming, supportive experience from the very beginning.
She finds it rewarding to know that her work helps patients feel heard, comfortable, and confident in their care. Isabella also appreciates being in a field where she can keep learning and growing while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Outside of the office, Isabella enjoys trying new restaurants and coffee shops, staying active by playing tennis and going on hikes, and spending quality time with her friends and loved ones.
